Midwest English Tack, LLC. Returns Policy:

1. We require a Return Authorization before sending any package to us.
2. There are no returns or exchanges on software, books or videos, due to Copyright Laws. In the case of a
   defective product, we will issue a replacement (within the limits of the manufacturer’s warranty).
3. In order to receive credit, returns must be in 7 days and the item(s) the same condition as when purchased
   (see items 4, 5, 6,7 for exclusions).
4. For health and safety concerns, we can not accept returns of certain items like undergarments,
   supplements, or bits.
5. No return is accepted on special orders.
6. 20% Re-stocking may apply to certain orders.
7. There are no return on Clearance or closeout items.  Sales are final.
8. Refunds on credit card purchases can only be credited to the account from which the purchase was made.
9. Returns after 30 days for refund will only be eligible for Store Credit.
10. Returns for refunds can sometimes be delayed in the event you purchased the item using a check if your check has not cleared our bank.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
